Wondernet Refund Policy

Returns

​

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Your purchased item cannot be refunded after 30 days of making the purchase. The purchased item to be eligible for return must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received. The packing of returned item must also be original. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be shown for completing your returns.

Refunds (in case applicable)

After the receipt and inspection of the return item, customer will be sent an email notification that the return item is received. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of the return item. If return is accepted, processing of refunds will start and the return amount will be automatically credited to your account with in certain number of days.

Undelivered Products

HOW TO USE

IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THESE STEPS TO USE:

SETTING UP THE BED NET

​

It takes a minute to set up WonderNet on to the bed or on the floor. Uncover the net, straighten the frame gently and put it on the bed or floor. Please refer the simple instructions on the packing cover.

 

FOLDING AND REMOVING

Gently pull the tag over head and the WonderNet is ready to use. You need not remove the net from the bed daily. You may remove it and lean it against a wall when you change the bed spread and replace it.

 

DURING TRAVEL

You can easily pack this bed net by referring to the instructions on the pack and carry wherever you want.

 

WASHING

Wonder mosquito net is to the frame only at bottom rods, by tying the tags of the net to the frame. Sit inside the net and untie the knots. Come out and gently lift the net from the frame and hand wash/ machine wash. We always recommend keep the net fabric in shadow place during drying time.

When the net fabric is dry, replace the net on the frame just as you removed it.
